4690k 1.42v 4.8 Ghz

Hello guys, i just wanted to know that if this voltage is good for 24/7 use.
I Have i5 4690k with CoolerMaster V8GTS, the temps never goes up to 85c on stress test also if the cpu lifespan decreases, he will least like 6-5 years? if so i don't care.
Thank you.

1.42 is too high - 1.35 is as high as I'd go.

Nope. 1.4 is too much for haswell. 1.35v is the max, though I wouldn't cross 1.3v if you are running 24/7 OCed.

voltage is too high, i dont suggest it for 24/7 use. lower the voltages to around 1.3v

Nobody knows, it could die tomorrow, it could last you 10 years.

By running your voltage at 1.42v 24/7 you're increasing the chance of 'tomorrow' and moving the marker away from '10 years'.

i wouldn't recomend enywhere near thet voltage.

haswell will probably die in 1-2 years.

i have a 4690k 4.6GHz @1.15V and i dont see reason to puch it any higher
