This GPU is getting on my nerve, If I could I'd return it, but sadly the return policies sucks here ( shitty country )

I have the ASUS GTX 970 Turbo (white one), and I don't understand why it feels the need to be noisy or even have it fans spinning so fast for nothing,
and when I game, it sounds like a damn jet

Everything runs smooth, never experienced any lag whatsoever but sometimes when I'm doing nothing,
the noise it makes wants me to kick my computer and rip it apart. I am forced sometimes to take out the card an use the intel integrated graphics for some peace at night when everything is dead silence

This is my first computer I've build, so maybe I've done something wrong, that's why I am here.
I've tried google, found nothing, I tried other drivers, still nothing, I tried for days tweaking, still nothing.

I am pretty mad when there are 970 cards out there that turn their fans off when in idle, no sound, 0db, and mine dosen't, what the hell is this.

Used to have an old budget computer that managed to play battlefield 3 at medium settings, and the fans kicked in when they needed to, but dead silence at idle,
but mine.. nooo nooo, it has to keep pushing on, and I refuse to believe that in this day and age, for an new and almost 500 usd dollar card that it's normal for it to behaves like this.

Here is a video of it, do turn up the volume.

Intel Core I5 4690K Haswell
Motherboard: Asus z97-E
16 GB DD3

And sorry for my english..

Set a custom fan curve in MSI Afterburner and increase the max temp of the card.

I will try that, thanks.

Do you speak spanish?

That card doesn't have a stock 0dB mode.

Anyways you can create one flashing a custom BIOS to your card.

Thanks for the fast respond, I don't speak spanish.

How do I do that? I am really really new to all of this.
