IKEA desk part?

I just finished putting together my new desk and realised there is a part that I haven't used. I have no idea what it would be used for or where it goes. Does anyone own a Micke desk and if so can you tell me what the part 121030 is for?

Sorry for the crappy post btw. Just cba to try to ask IKEA about it.

It's a tool to put the allen key into so your hands don't get sore holding the bare metal
