Good Video Editing Software?

Hello all!

 

I have quite easily one of the most annoying questions to answer on this website, but oh well. What is a decent video editing software for relatively little amount of money? I have used Premiere Elements in the past, so I might just get that again.

sorry Editing Software cost lot off money, i suggest using Sony Vegas 13 or After Effect

I know. I personally use Adobe Premiere Pro.
