New SSD wont appear

Just got new SDD. Plugged it in etc. Go into windows.. SSD not picked up by pc.

 

wat do?

 

Go into the disk management utility, there you will see a drive without any letter, right click it and select create new simple volume.

Re-check the seating of the cables. Go into the disk manager, and see if it's detected there.

I see it down the bottom there, but I'm unable to create a volume on it.
