so I got this laptop to fix and the keyboard isnt working and the screen is giving me weird things like on some of the pixels of it its flickering a red dot/pixel. a nothing I have noticed is that its running super slow. does anyone know what could be causing these issues? I have checked the ribbon cables on it and they are all fine. I thought that it was just the key board that was broken I found that this isn't a usual problem with screens. so could there be a issue with the bios or something like that? the pic is a pic of what the screen is doing.
thanks for any help I have no clue what could be happening.

Plug the laptop into a TV or monitor or something. Does it occur there?

Then it's the screen itself.

that's what I was thinking as well. just wondering could a bad ribbon cable do it?
