I have a EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1. I am new to modular power supplies. I was wondering witch side of the cable goes to my motherboard and witch one goes into the psu? Please help!

Try it out. It will only go in one way :)

Also it might be written on the connector.

The cables says nothing but what there are. It says PCIE, CPU stuff like that

Yup, that is what I mean.

CPU means it goes into the motherboard.

PCI-e means it goes into the graphics card or any other PCI-e powered device.

Like I said, just try it out. If it doesn't fit, take the other end of the cable and it will fit.

You cannot force it in.

You simply put the connector on it and if it slides in without almost no force, then it's the correct connector. If it doesn't, use the other side.

The last bit of the connector is always pretty hard to get in.

Don't worry, you need a huge amount of force to actually brake a connector or your motherboard. Just use common sense.

(It sounds like I'm giving you lessons on how to have sex... xD )

Have you tried to turn the connector 180° ?

Have you tried to plug it into the PSU first, so you can see which side is the right one?

On one of the connectors it might say something like ATX, CPU, PCI-e, etc.

These are usually the connectors that go into the components and not into the power supply.
