PC randomly reboots, no errors or BSOD.

As the title says, my PC randomly reboots on me somewhat frequently. Until the two reboots that happened tonight, I've gone about 4 days without one. No errors ever happen, and the computer boots right back up as if nothing happened.

I've recently upgraded my graphics card from my GTX 580 to the R9 390. The issue occurred with both cards. Also this will happen even if the computer is under light load (watching youtube videos and/or browsing the internet)

Specs:

i7 2600k @ stock since the problem began

ASUS Sabertooth P67

8 GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X DDR3 RAM

Powercolor PCS+ R9 390 @ 1010 Mhz (Catalyst 15.7.1)

2 TB Hitachi Deskstar HDD + OCZ Vertex 3 SSD

NZXT HALE90 850-M PSU

Windows 7 x64

The ambient air is always kept cool and very well circulated, as I keep my window open and three room fans going. I also recently cleaned everything out with canned air. The PSU feels quite cool to the touch, and temperatures are usually under 35C for CPU and about 45C for the GPU.

When I got my 390, I ran a torture test with Furmark, with a massive overclock (1170 Mhz core and 1650 Mhz memory -- power limit and voltage maxed), and a maximum of 374W was drawn from the PSU by the card alone. The PSU remained stable, with the 12V rail steady on 11.63V. The test ran for about 90 minutes, no issues.

I built my computer back in 2011, but it was kept (sealed in box) in storage for just over two years, which saved a lot of wear and tear on parts.

Thanks in advance for the help. Want to hopefully get this solved before it goes from being a nuisance to a real problem.

Sounds like faulty hardware.

I'm guessing it's either the power supply or the motherboard. These mobos are meant to last a long time so I'm going with the PSU.

Even if the PSU handles heavy load like during gaming sessions or my Furmark torture session?

Related: consulted with my father -- a master electrician. He suggested that since my place is an old building, that the wiring could be contributing at least somewhat. My lights dim slightly when the A/C or other large appliances are used.

Money is tight right now, so having to get a new PSU would definitely be an option I'd like to delay for at least a couple of months.

If you can deal with the random restarts, it is "fine" not good but fine.
