If it turns on, but nothing on the display shows up, then I have a few questions:

1: Does he have a GPU? And is the connector plugged into the GPU or the motherboard?

2: Is this a new PC or is this a recent issue?

3: Is the display turned on?

It was a funny way of saying you gave us no information. We need as much information as possible.

I dont really know what to say. it starts. the fans are spinning. Ram is plugged in correct and tried in diffrent outputs. Moved the gpu to diffrent pci express slots. unplugging the cpu and putting in another cpu with the same socket. Pretty hard to find one. Tried without cpu to see if bios came up but nothing works. nothing wrong with psu either. I dont think theres anything wrong with the motherboard because everything lights up and turns on and the buttons on the motherboard works. Like the power button.

If the bios don't work could be the bios chip. Any information on what happened when it died? What brand of prebuilt?
