I found a video show off a radiator leaking into the output port. (leaks from input to output with out pressure or being fully filled)

 

Anyone have more information on this issue?

It's not a new thing that's been occurring, it can happen to a fair number of rads where the wall the separates them share a common channel or tube:

is their any data on which one have more issue then others?

 

my next future build, I was thinking of using EK everything.

It's hard to say but the ones that seem to fair the best are the ones that have two end tanks that are soldered on during manufacturing and not the ones that have a single end tank with a formed center or one with a wall after the fact. They have a summary of some results here but they are fairly old rads, I personally did give it a try on a UT60 360mm one from alphacool and didn't have this problem.

I saw in the link i posted that 3 different EK rads didn't have issues, but I wish their was a nice study of maybe 5 of each of a lot of brands.

Looking at is broken down without the metal side panels they use two completely separate end tanks they solder on, it lessen the possibility of it internally leaking but I think that was an older issue on rads where nowadays I think atleast it's a lesser problem:
