Custom loop for $600

I'm looking to build a custom loop. My budget is around 600-650 us dollars. Specs are

i7 5960x

Rampage v extreme

Gtx 980 SC sli

I want to cool the Cpu and gpu's. I'd like to make a red/black theme. I'd like full cover gpu blocks and if possible red nanofluid

get distilled water instead of any fluid. the colour causes build up in your blocks. And if you have something that extreme. dont cheap out on the rest of the items.

In jayztwocents latest video he said he uses nanofluid and it doesn't build up and that he wouldn't recommend just distilled water

Because I am a dumbass and missed a crucial part of that Jayztwocents video, disregard this post. I thought he was trying to advert whatever coolant, but he was simply stating not to run STRAIGHT distilled water without the use of Deadwater/PTNuke or Killcoil.

He talks about not using distilled because of the "inhibitors". Wow, sounds like he got paid to promote whatever fluid he is slinging for that sponsor. You won't do better than pure water for keeping blocks in the shape they need to be in or for temps. His argument is invalid due to the fact we use killcoils or PTNuke/Deadwater in our systems alongside the distilled. So.... His point for not using distilled is moot.

He goes on to state using distilled with nothing added to it for the growth of elements in your loop, what a crappy sellout.
