So in my c:users/my user name/appdata/temp folder is 1.58gb which I would not care except I'm on an ssd and every little bit helps. Can I clear this folder? I know I can clear the win temp folder with disk cleanup and it's all safe but not sure about this appdata/temp folder as there are .dat files and some other types and not just all .tmp. Had to clear it and risk screwing something up just to save 1.58gb.

Yes, be careful of anything in appdata generally speaking, but anything in the temp folder (%temp%) is expendable, and should be flushed regularly anyways, so if it is building up, just do it yourself and/or find a tool that will.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
