So I have an old hard drive from a Pentium 4 computer and it has windows vista home premium 32bit installed. Is there a way I can install windows 8 .1 64bit on it?

You should keep clear from old drives. Unless you wanna recover data. I assume that you can. Would you use it in the pentium build? I don't recommend using it

that drive is probably really slow and small
