pc randomly freezes.

i am overclocking to 4.0, and i do have an aftermarket cooler. Could the overclock be causing this? The most recent freeze was today while i was playing GTA 5 SP with no mods just vanilla. They just randomly come even if im just surfing the internet.

Try to see if drivers are an issue, if not it's probably the fact AMD CPUs apparently suck ass more than usual on GTA V.

Have you played a lot games including gta v since overclocking? An unstable clock can take months to show itself
