help with drivers?

I have a gtx 960 and im trying to install the most recent drivers, i reach around 50% then the screen flashes off and on then it says it has failed. Any help?

I would try redownloading the drivers to make sure that the installer isn't corrupted at all.

a gtx 630 its mainly used for physx

If it's mainly used for PhysX, I would recommend taking it out. I'm not sure how true a lot of this stuff still is, but:

 

I have a feeling that if anything you're just slowing your GTX 960 down with the 630 being used for PhysX. I can't be sure of this or anything. Also I have a feeling that if you want to install drivers for the 630 you'll have to take the 960 out or otherwise disable it so you can install the older drivers.

However, I have no proof that things will work the way that I'm saying that they will.
