Which one to get?

Im looking to upgrade my current monitor to something slightly bigger. Currently i have a Asus VS248H-P. I think ive narrowed it down to the Acer G277HL or the AOC I2757FH. Both are 27in 1080p monitors with less then 5ms rsp. Im open to any other suggestions you guys have tho budget is around $250 atm.

I would suggest saving a bit more and waiting a bit so you can get a 1440p 27" monitor, because I personally don't like the pixel density of 27" 1080p, even from a good distance.

Would a r9 280x be able to run games at 1440? i didnt think it really could. Also and recs?
