Do you guys think it will be this demanding on the actual release? because im playing it as low as it goes and it is at about 15-20 fps... so unplayable.

my system:

GTX 970M 3GB

i7 4720HQ

16GB RAM

all drivers up to date :)

also, does anyone elses just minimize after about 2-3 mins in game and just not open again or close?

i haven't check the my fraps. but it think i get around 50-60 FPS with ultra setting at 1920x1200 with my old GTX 780. this game runs very very smooth. i don't even have any framedrops at all.

i think u have some problem with your GPU or hhmmm.. what resolution that u played?

i'll try it later on my MSi ghost pro which has a similar spec with yours. GTX 970M and i7 4710HQ

I mean it is not really contributing to the problem, but in battlefield and battlefront just press the ^ key and open the command menu and enter perfoverlay. Drawfps 1. You can also get graphs for GPU and CPU or limit framwrate to a maximum. I think that is actually great since my display only does 60hz and it keeps my 290 cooler.

So yeah especially with mantle those commands are helpful, because fraps doesn't work with mantle

I can't get excited about this game. I'm all star wared out at this point. I've played enough star wars games over the years that the novelty has worn off, and the prequels sucked the life out of the franchise.
