I mean besides the psu which is way too expensive for what you get. You are pretty set. 

 

I would get an EVGA gold certified psu. they are pretty reliable and cheaper than the cosair ones.

oh and also:

if you are looking to save a lot more money and are not going game too extremely with proccessing power you could go with AMD... however they do have older architecture therefore a little lacking compared to intel
