i moved to a new house havent used my PC in 3 days turn it on after 20-30min or so i get whea_uncorrectable_error and PC shuts off i look for a way to fix people said it may be a hardware error i switch the ram and take out the GPU i still gets error i try to uninstall Nvidia driver and run a male ware  scan and pc shuts off when i start up the program so i refresh the PC by reinstalling windows but keeping th personal files it fails i try agian the next day it works but now i don't get the Whea_uncorrectable error any more but my PC randomly shuts down i feel like MY PSU is broken and i cant test it because my other PSU is in storage

I would try going to the bare basics: 1 storage device, one ram stick, no GPU...

i tryed that i have 2 sticks of evga and 2 sticks of corsair tryed them 1 by 1 and i also herd if you overclock something it can cause the same error so i went into the bios and set every thing to there stock defaults so not overclocking ram cpu or GPU

CPU temp?  This is the most common cause of that error message.

thats WAY too hot. Did you reconfigure your fans like I showed in the image I PM'ed you?

 

105 C 221 F and capped at 6% .20GHZ

I just realized there's these white and blue things in the way of my stock heatsink it's not completely on

I think those are probably capacitors. This would explain temps! Do you have a dremmel or similar to carve a notch in the heatsink so it fits?
