Any "Material Design" experts?

Decided to try my hand out at material designs.

Am I doing it right?

mods overlaying my site is the only way I can protect my intellectual property.

Don't put a shadow for the fan. That's too many layers and it's against the guideline.

EDIT: Apart from that it's really good, honestly

My rig: Intel Core i7-8700K OC 4.8 | NZXT Kraken X62 | ASUS Z370-F | 16 GB Trident Z RGB 3000 (2x8) | EVGA 1070 SC | EVGA SuperNova NEX650G1 | NZXT H700 | Samsung 250GB 850-EVO | 2x 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDDs

Aside from the shadow, all the edges are much too rounded.

No, the edges are fine.

Yeah the only thing is I assume that where the heatsink window normally is is just a hole? Idk what you should do there, but it doesn't look quite right.

change the color of the green headsink to distingusih teh colors

IDK if that's a question, but give it a shot. Material Design is a fuck ton of trail and error.

idk why but it just destroys the anti-aliasing on the right edge.

Rip I said I wasn't sure if that was a question bc I thought you were the OP for some reason xD

Idk how you're doing the shodow, but in PS I'd setup a mask with the pen tool where the shadow will be and use a black to transparent gradient to have the shadow fade. That's what I did in one of my projects:

The edges on the video outputs are rounded a bit too much. Also, the shadow on the card is too strong.

Use the Gmail shadow for refrence

I'd give it a little more room on the sides. I'd definitely recommend uploading that to MaterialUp. I use that website for inspiration, and others could use that for the same.
