I need HELP!

I have motherboard of Dell Inspiron 3000.

 

I need a motherboard for my new build and I am scared that this Mother Board will kill my GPU (GTX 980ti) or CPU (intel core i7 4970k)

 

Do I need to buy new motherboard ?
