Problem! Almost new RAM, throwing memtest errors?

I got new ram from patriot because my old ram was throwing plenty of issues. I received new ram, and because it was "Hand Tested" I pretty much assumed that it was good to go. but it isnt.

I have not had it for very long. after about 10 hours, I got 8 errors. Why?
