Not planning on modmic combos.

May I ask why that is?

i like audio technica but you can get much much better headsets for the price

That's debatable. Better headphones, yes, definitely. But better headsets? Not so much.

Not sure.I just don't really like having to much cables hanging on me.

I also have the sennheiser momentum.I can just modmic it.

Also nothing to do with the modmic but, I also wear glasses, So i also need a glass friendly headset.

Well, if you have glasses, I would take a look at lachlan likes a thing, over on youtube. He wears glasses as well, so that may be of more help than I could be, since I don't wear glasses. (he did something with the Sennheiser headset that you may want to take a look at.)

I'm looking for 1 comfort, 2 Mic clarity , 3 sounds.

under 200$

I was looking at this video,

& i think the mic is awesome.

 Was also looking at,

But the semi review didn't win me over.

Now i know you don't want a modmic/headphone combo but the headphones used in the PDG1 are pretty much, if not the same as the AD700x but closed. The PDG1 is considerably alot more expensive than buying the AD700x and a zalman clip on mic or modmic. Also any reason why you're choosing a closed headphone for gaming? If you were going to choose the HyperX Cloud II, to save a little money I'd recommend the Takstar Hi2050 as it's near enough an exact copy of the Cloud II (Even though I think the Cloud II copied it) except it doesn't have a microphone.

zalman clip?

The PDG1 is not closed.

I do prefer open back headset/phones.

I think i'll just go with the Hyper x 2 or the pdg1.

I got the Vmoda BoomPro, mic sounds good on reviews.

Do ya think i'll have any problems attaching it to the, sennheiser momentum?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AZZNXOK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

Yes. The Sennheiser uses a locking, 2.5mm jack, if I remember correctly. So it won't fit. You'd need something like a Philips shp9500.
