No post! Need help!

So my friend was moving all his hardware into a new case with a new powersuply. After hours of troubleshooting we are stuck with no post, when we press power all the case fans turn on and the cpu fan spins, gpu lights up, but no output, have tried multiple gpus with no change, any ideas what it could be?

this sounds exactly like what would happen if you forgot the cpu connector.

Cpu connector is plugged in, at this point we've probably unplugged and replugged everything at least 5 times already. But that's what it seemed like to me too...

Try ram, swapping in different sticks, sometimes ram can die at last minute even when everything is running smoothly. That's my guess, and if you have some spare ram, try that first or ram from another system. Also try running the system on onboard graphics, see if it posts stand-alone

So, after resetting the C-mos it gave display and a message reading "mnpDriverBindingStart;mnpInitialize devicedata failed,unsupported" and then froze, after restarting it again went back to not giving display even after re-resetting the C-mos
