I really don't think switching to a 960 warrants a switch from a 4460 to a 4690k, especially when the R9 380 has a little bit more performance than the 960. Also, you're trying to use a B85 mobo on one of the best mid-high end overclocking chips out there, not a good combo.

The bottom one but change the 960 to a Sapphire Nitro 380, I'm pretty sure it's cheaper and performs just the same if not better. Also, change the mobo on the bottom one to a Z97 board (MSI Z97 PC mate anyone?) and get an aftermarket cooler like the 212 Evo. *If budget allows, if not, 4460 + 380
