no relly i restarted and everything went fine that happend yesterday but today i went online and then boom the same screen

Check your event viewer and see if it sheds light on the situation. It may have a error before crashing that will give some information on the issue. Is it happening in more than one game or just CSGO

a final solution. go back to windows 8.1 and you'll suffer no more.

it's being a long time since the launch of windows 10 but it steel under the test (probably going to fail). the only good thing about it is the DX12 none else
