Dont get the GIGABYTE 390! They are voltage locked which will limit overclocking! Better to go with Sapphire or MSI.

Initially that won't affect you. However, if you want to do upgrades over time having more space on your board to accommodate larger coolers or large heat spreader on RAM is a good idea. Unless you plan to change to a mini ITX case later on, I would suggest you get an ATX or micro ATX motherboard. There's still lots of budget options out there.

 

Of course, that type of build might work really well in the right mini ITX case too.
