CPU Cooling fan replacement

Hi guys,

 

Recently I have noticed my CPU cooler being slightly louder than normal. I have Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo. I want to keep this pc as quiet as possible due its location and I'm looking to replace the fan.

 

Are there any quiet or silent fans out there that could replace the stock CM Hyper 212 evo fan? Or is it just better to buy a new quieter CPU cooler.

 

(Also if possible the fans would be blue to go with the colour scheme, but black is perfectly fine too)

Have you tried setting a custom fan curve to slow down the stock fan?
