Maybe stupid question about GPU power

No the 2 4 pin connectors are only for the CPU and you couldn't attach the +2 pin in the other slot it only works attached to the 6pin for 8pin slots.

 

Only way you could have a 380 is if you had a 8pin to x2 6pin
