Okay, I need to find the cheapest PCI SSD, I don't care how bad it is.

Any suggestions?

 

It would be fine to have a cheap M.2 SSD with an adapter.

You're kidding, right?

No. Cheap M.2 drives use sata because PCIe is the biggest waste ever unless you can exceed sata speeds.
