Case Cooling

Hey!

 

I recently bought a Corsair Carbide Air 540 (great case btw!).

 

I'm wondering though, is there any major benefits of having fans in the top as well? Does it help with the overall cooling? And will it draw any air away from my Noctua nh-d14?

 

While we're at it - replacing the fans on the Noctua nh-d14 to something more fitting for the rest of the color scheme in my case, would that be a good idea? Thinking of Corsair SP fans.
