My PC is in need of dust cleaning. My question is, is there any way to do it properly with compressed air cans?

go to the local hardware store and in the accessories section look for some compressed air, for using it do it in short bursts unless you want to make nitrogen.

also go in tight spaces with a q-tip, you can use a toothbrush for small holes and tight corners, for preventing it happening put a dust filter in front of the front fan, if you mainly get surface-dust then it's not worth putting one at the back fan; also DON'T use a hoover and if you can use a anti-static wristband, if not then just be careful of static.

Just clean it periodically, dust filters are bollocks unless you have a pet that moults a lot.

you can get one online for about £3-5, silverstone and akasa makes ones but just look for one preferably without any plastic in the middle since it could decrease airflow and perhaps one made out of metal; for installing it you simply unscrew the fan and then screw it back with the dust filter in the fan screws just outside the case, also can look aesthetically pleasing primarily at the back
