Windows 10 doesn't boot! SOS!

One time I just simply turn on my machine and it doesn't go past the spinning curcles. I reseted the bios on the motheboard: nothing.

But the backlight on the keyboard and the mouse reciever lights up when computer is on but now they a turning on and off.

I have loaded the previous build which brought me back to windows 8.1 and than I used the windows media creation tool to update the computer and I'm back at step 1.

UPDATE:

I long pressed the power button and next boot it said: Unsucsessful intall of Windows 10

0xC1900101 - 0x20017 the install failed at the SAFE_OS stage, the issue occured in a BOOT action.

This isn't what it said word by word but this is the best translation I could come up with from Hungarian.

UPDATE:

Never mind, J updated from Windows 8 to 10 so now it booted but I lost some data from the Windows© drive.
