Low Budget Cooling

I am thinking of new cooling methods for my old school pc.

The thing is old so is the motherbord, only has two fan header,one for the cpu and other for a cabinet fan. Cooling the cpu is a challenge. It rises up to 95-99 degrees under load. Any geto suggestions

If you live in a cold place, how about if you put the pc in a cold part of the house and then you dress warmly.

if its getting that hot, i would suggest replacing the thermal paste. could be dried up or have waaaay too much on it.  that by itself could lower the temp a bit.  another thing would be molex to 3pin connectors or even a simple fan controller, would let you have more fans.

You can also look for used aftermarket fans. Depending on which socket you are running.
