Mechanical keyboard reLly isn't budget... Unless, you get the cheap Chinese switches but those can still be a bit expensive. Mine cost $50 on sale.

Well looks like my build, Razer Naga Molten Editon , Steelseries Siberia v2 HeatOrange or Diablo 3 or Dota 2 , keyboard i dont know i have a cheap one with red leds , and mousepad i have Razer Goliathous Mousepad Extended Speed 

CPU: Intel i7 8700k    MB: Gigabyte Z390    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB     GPU: GTX 1070 Ti 8GB

nvm since you said 100 for the kb i would recommend the refurb k70 from newegg on sale right now for 80 bucks red backlight cherry mx red mechanicl
