Overheating Moto G

Hey!

My dad's phone, a moto G LTE (XT1040, Peregrine) has begun to overheat , he notices that it's much hotter now and the battery lasts much less

I instaled CPU-Z on it to chech the teps, and they were hot, ill post some screenshots on that phone plus the Thermal CPU Z from my own phone, another Peregrine, which although is under hevier load is much cooler, like, by 10°C
