Hey guys,

I'm getting ready to purchase the parts for my new build. I think I'm just psyching myself out, but, I've decided to go with a  Gigabyte GA-Z170x-UD5 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128838) and for RAM Corsair Vengaeance LPX DDR4 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233834)...these are compatible, right?

I've matched the numbers on the motherboard specifications with the RAM, but this particular model isn't on the Gigabyte "Memory Support List" (http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_ga-z170x-ud5.pdf)

Hey guys,

If that memory is over 2133mhz there's really no reason to faster RAM for most use cases

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler
