Turtle Beach PX22's Not working

Can someone please help me, My turtle beach PX22's wont work. I can hear audio but I cant use my mic. I have read other posts but when I go onto my playback devices My headset isnt even noticed. I have look at device manaer and it says they are connected but there are no drivers.post-266105-0-65295000-1443658498_thumb. I don't know where to find the drivers or how to fix this. I have downloaded Ear Force audio Hub but it says please connect a turtle beach device.post-266105-0-26952700-1443658504_thumb. Help please <3
