FreshBooks is the only thing that I can think of that has much to do with payments, but it's not an SDK. It may just be that it's not an active sponsor anymore, as it's not in the list of sponsors.

No it was a website that allowed easy use of Pyapal, Apple Pay, Google wallet etc. with your android app. I remember visiting the page several times in the past but I just can't find the video now.
