how to undervolt?

i got a tablet with an intel atom z3735g

its max clock speed is 1.33ghz but it goes higher than that.

the voltage fluctuates from 1.3375v up to 1.5125

1.3375 is the lowest is there software to under volt the cpu, and just keep it at 1.33 than have it running all the way up to 1.55 and making the battery last for just an 1hr30min.
