Webcam recommendations?

I'm in need of a new 3D webcam that is preferably under $200

 

I pre-ordered an Intel RealSense Dev Kit (http://click.intel.com/intel-realsense-developer-kit.html) but I just realized that it requires a 4th gen CPU

 

can't seem to find any good 3D webcams anywhere else, I knew creative had one a while ago but I think they took it down

 

any recommendations?

(if you dont know any good 3d webcams i won't mind hearing about some good 720p/1080p ones)
