ATH-M40X or ATH-PRO 700

Hey everyone

 

So i need a pair of cans to use for mastering in Ableton and other DAWs, and currently (in my country, and no i can't buy from the internet cause it would approach the cost of an island) there are two headphones that arent shit, now the site lists the Ath Pro 700 as "Pro 700SV" i dont know if that means MK1 because i cant find any info other than Audio technica's own website which says it has been discontinued. I also dj in clubs from time to time so something versatile would be good

 

What should i buy LTT ??

 

PS : No, there are no Beyerdynamic headphones available, dont tell me to buy the DT990

I wouldn't. There are a bunch of stories circulating that the Pro 700SV can jack up it's own audio and the audio coming out of the device.
