Best monitor for the money

Need a new monitor. Budget of up to $300 but would rather not spend all. Do not play competitive games. My initail options:

 

23" 1080p Acer/Asus monitor: 130-140 bucks

 

25" 21;9 ultra wide lg 25um57: $200

 

25" 1440p Acer G257HU: $250

 

So which is the best choice? I dont know much about the ultra wide or the 1440p, is either even worth it. Im open to other suggestions too. Thanks.

Has somebody tried 21:9 at that size? I'm kind of skeptical about it.
