So my budget was around 900~ (better less) ,but then I forgot that I can try to sell my old PC part for mby like 100~ eur mby less,and its become a versus battle:

As you can see price ar liek same only changes is cpu/gpu

PC willbe using mainly gaming for the first months ,its like new pc after 8 years old pc while playing games like csgo with 50-60 fps :D Thats why gaming first few months
But then I will start working  massivly like ,video rendering (long videos and alot) ,3d rendering/3d moduling(helping dad at building "things") and else.

So what is better to have better cpu and work more easier or have better gpu and play better.

GPU, you dont need a super fast CPU for Gaming.

The GraphicsCard is the most important Piece.

The i5 6600k is a very good CPU, i doubt it will have any Problems.
