Windows 10 or Windows 7?

Hi,

 

I have recently reinstalled windows on my computer since I had a problem I could not fix. I have windows 7 now, and before I install many programs, should I go windows 10 or windows 7? I upgraded to windows 10 when it came out, though I rolled back when I had problems with games. Now I clean install and I would like to know which OS to go.

Most games won't have any problems in MSX. Most issues you'll find is with drivers for controllers and whatnot but I you stick to mouse and keyboard, that shouldn't be an issue. Personally, I'd stick with Windows 7. I think it looks better and search on the start menu works way better than MSX, imo.

I'm in the same boat. I bought windows 8.1 but not sure when to make the move to 10. With DX12 being exclusive to 10 you don't want to wait until you have to pay for the change but with 8.1 working so well it makes it tough to move.
