Windows Task bar crashed

Go to solution Solved by GoodBytes,

You can sign out and go back in, via Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Or, You can restart your system via Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Or, you can start/restart Explorer via Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete > Task Manager, then find File Explorer or explorer.exe (based on the Windows and tab section you are viewing your task manager), click on it, and click on End Task. If you don't see, that is fine, go to the next step. Now, on the menu bar of the Task Manager, click on "File" > "Run new task", and on the box that will show type: explorer.exe
