Hi.My computer needed a update on avast my antivirusprogram and i updated it and it asked me to restart and i did and now i cant fix it to even boot into windows properly and windows tools cant help except resetthe pc which i dont want to do because i have very special photos on it. and im running windows 10 preview edition

you can plug your hard drive into another pc and locate and backup the pictures. Then just do a clean install?

Then that's an even better excuse to get your important data off the disk ASAP.

Guys it helped to save files and then restart it but now it doesnt work again its the same is it anything wrong with my computer

Take a deep breath. And let me re-read this couple times. Your files are no saved to another HDD or another backup? I would suggest doing fresh install. Win10 preview isn't supported anymore and its quite possible this is some bug left out from full release of Win10.
