Problems with GTX 970 OC

Ok so I have been trying some overclocks in my GPU (STRIX 970) with MSI afterburner. 

 

Following are the stock specs:

At stock, I achieve a Min. FPS of 17, a Max. FPS of 51, and an average of 29 WITH A SCORE OF 1213 on the Valley Benchmark.

 

This is how I overclock: 

I set leave the voltage alone, raise the power limit to 110% and add 100mhz to the clock.

 

The results are these: 

 

I dont know why the results are so insignificant, so i bumped up to to these specs:

Can somebody please explain and help me to achieve desired OC?
