Truecrypt is a great program to use, Linus also has a video on it.

Hey do any of you here know a good tutorial how to encrypt a USB drive to when someone opens the files all they see is random symbols and only the decrypter is not but it is password protected.

Use something like TrueCrypt (video above).

TrueCrypt actually makes a single file that stores the rest of your documents, you decrypt that folder and you can see everything. If you renamed the TrueCrypt to make it a .txt file, you'd just see the random garbled text that is makes it encrypted.

Hmmm, I'll try it.

I wanna try to code this myself but with a tutorial.

I didn't originally see this.

Coding it would be a pain. You'd still have to use a program of some sort (like opengnu) to actually encrypt everything.

A friend of mine used Java to code the whole thing and it was around 2,000 lines of code. He told me that when ever someone open his USB all they see is symbols but the decrypter which is password protected. I wanna see how hard could this be.
