my mobo has pci-e 1x cant i just connect the gpu there just to flash and use my 8800gt as a primary gpu

hey guys i need your help i flashed my hd 7770 to try to fix a problem i was having and now i cant boot the pc

the pc does the boot sound and the fans rev up and than stabilize like normal but the screen wont display a thing

i did a backup of the bios before flashing but i cant do a thing because my mobo doesn't have a on-board gpu and only has 1 pci-e 16x

what can i do to re-flash the bios?

there is nothing you can do about it on your system you can try to flash stock bios on a motherboard with integrated graphics but i doubt it will work
